One Ide form for localizing my favorate project PunBB forum www.punbb.org and InnoSetup www.jrsoftware.org, i make it in one project anyTranslator becuase i am lazy to sperate it to 2 project, and becuase i am like OOB, so may be in future i will add another class for another project.

Source is included useing Delphi 7, you can add you class for translate your project.
